With regards to getting through on the phone, we do appreciate that this can take time. We have recently increased the availability, so if you can call between 8am and 12 to book an appointment, then one of the team will make contact with you later that day. Hopefully this will prevent everyone trying to call at 8am and make it easier for all to get through.
